"What the caterpillar calls the end, the rest of the world calls a butterfly." Lao Tzu
Ask yourself this....
2-3 companies - all going for particular niches, working in a small (very small 2-3 people) competing.
Which one of the two options would produce the greatest satisfaction, the highest quality output, the most involvement - and thus the most gain for all parties?
На чужо́м го́ре сча́стья не постро́ишь.
You have the tools....
You know how to record videos for Youtube
I have given you details about setting up websites
Now some of you claim you haven't the time and twitter on about SEVENTEEN DAYS to get started.
This took TWELVE minutes.
An co di truoc, loi nuoc theo sau !
The intellect of even the brainiest 14-year-olds has deteriorated dramatically over the decades despite an increase in the number of pupils achieving top grades in exams.
Their cognitive abilities are level with those of 12-year-olds in 1976, the study found.
Researchers at King's College London compared the mental agility of 800 bright 13 and 14-year-olds with similar tests carried out some three decades ago.
The tests - designed to assess grasp of abstract scientific concepts such as volume, density, quantity and weight - found far fewer youngsters hit top scores than in 1976.
In one test, average achievement remained roughly the same as in 1976.
But only just over one in ten pupils were able to demonstrate a "higher level of thinking" compared to one in four in 1976.
In a test to measure mathematical abilities, only one in 20 of today's teenagers were top scorers, down from one in five in 1976.
Professor Michael Shayer, who led the study, said the brainpower slump may be down to over-testing in schools.
He said: "The moment you introduce targets, people will find the most economical strategies to achieve them.
"In the case of education, I'm sure this has had an effect on driving schools away from developing higher levels of understanding."
In previous research, Professor Shayer concluded that the cognitive abilities of 11-year-olds were up to three years behind where they were in 1975.
ELEVEN HOURS LEFT - who will the losers be?
The losers will be those who do not take advantage of this unique opportunity. A total of 32 books can be done with a further 10 without very much extra effort.
On the way you'll become experts in the technique of passing examinations, experts in the subject matter in terms of pitching it at the right level, will have laid the foundations for something that may well be very profitable - and learnt a lot along the way.
The losers will look like the people on the left....
Of course if only 2-3 people are involved and they're serious and 2 are Russian speaking and one Chinese then it will probably all work very well...
The following advertisement has been booked to appear in www.Dailyinformation.co.uk tomorrow:
Some translation work - Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean (suit student)
Several people have now emailed in. So There are now Vietnamese, Chinese and Russian translators standing by if you don't go ahead!
Like I said, you have 11 hours left...I first told you about all this 18 days ago and nothing's happened. The market doesn't wait.
The first step is to form the business otherwise the whole thing will fall apart. Without that foundation nothing will happen.
Schools often place huge orders just before Xmas as they want material to give to pupils to read over the break - plus they want material to hand out to help pupils prepare for exams.
So, whilst all is peace and quiet....

Why not....
1. Finish all the various book(lets)
2. Do all the various podcasts

There was a group of people I spoke to recently.
They had the product.
I provided the 'extras'.
They were going to be shown how to form a company.
They would have a book, a distribution network, several USPs, a dynamic website, podcasts etc
But in the end they just couldn't be bothered.
That's why people make it - they bother where others just cannot.

Attention Robin and other Business Studies students
This is the book and where to buy it from
You should buy it!
Friday is the last Economics and Business Studies lesson for 10 days minimum!
Business Studies students
You have a copy of the syllabus already, it's in the front of the book. Download another copy and read the book/manual up until the end of module 1.
IF (and it is a big 'IF') the manual has been written by James and Robin (Talgat) etc then you could start working through that. (Please get it to me by Thursday!)
Make 100% certain you know all the business words for this unit - check the tutor2u glossary. Check the list of words I have given out. Check the words in the syllabus.
Create a Podcast!
Economics students
You are being too careless in your mocks. Silly mistakes. Mistakes that might make people think we're going too fast when in fact 'officially' we are behind the other group.
Practise all your diagrams.
Read notes to cover the ENTIRE AS syllabus - and if you have the A2 book, then read that too!
T-H-I-N-K about what you are doing, what you have achieved.
Especial homework for Mary and Aidana and Anastasia.
Relax. Apart from Mary's revision course, just do some general reading. Listen to the 'millionaire' CDs.Also listen to this guy (on the left) - the stories are good.
And you MUST look after this person. My aim is to get 100% grade A*. For everyone. So look after him. Feed him with nutritious food. Feed him with vitamins. Stop him from smoking. Show him how to efficiently order beer. Help him with diagrams. Translate text into Russian if necessary. Smile at him. Motivate him. Make sure he returns a new person! (Not too new...)
Finally, Ethan and Lotfi
Somehow improve Ethan's English. Take away his money, kidnap him, threaten to deport him - but SOMEHOW make his English improve.
Now, Lotfi.
Please help him:
a. list all the blog sites on his blog
b. learn how to do podcasts
c. learn how to do mind maps
d. appreciate the importance of reading ahead
e. acknowledge there are posters everywhere showing market failure
f. practice past papers
g. throw himself into Business Studies/Economics
Please, please stop people smoking!
