  2. Last time 8 people were 'definitely' going to go and after alot of organisation, on the day of the trip they 'suddenly' changed their minds. Instead they were going to Oxford and 'suddenly' changed their minds which was all hopeless.

    Therefore how do you suggest I convince EF that people will actually go?

    If you can suggest that then we can visit a lot of lectures - we have a lot of time...
